About Habit Tuner

Health data should produce action. Not just metrics.

Most apps log what you did yesterday and call it a day. We think the real value of your data is how it changes what you do right now.

Composition · four signals, one balance
Sleep, training, hydration, nutrition — turned into one number, every day.
What we believe

Four principles we build with.

Not platitudes — claims you can test against the product.

Principle · 01

Daily action over historical data.

Charts are easy. Telling someone what to do today, based on what their data actually says, is hard. We build for the second one. Every screen earns its place by helping decide a present-moment behavior, not by displaying what already happened.

Principle · 02

Your data is yours.

We don't sell it. We don't share it with advertisers, brokers, or insurance companies. Apple HealthKit data stays on your device by default; sync only happens when AI plan generation requires it. Read the full privacy policy — it says exactly this in longer form.

Principle · 03

No hardware tax.

Wearables can add fidelity but shouldn't be the price of entry. Habit Tuner works with just the iPhone you already own. If you have an Apple Watch or use HealthKit, we'll use that data. If you don't, manual logging has full parity for every metric.

Principle · 04

Honest about what AI can and can't do.

The AI coach generates suggestions from your logged data. It's not a doctor, dietitian, or trainer, and we don't pretend otherwise. When a recommendation comes from AI reasoning vs. a derived measurement, we say so. You can reject any suggestion and override any plan.

Why this exists

There are plenty of trackers. There aren't enough tuners.

The health app category has been solved for measurement. Sleep gets a score. Steps get counted. Calories get logged. Resting heart rate gets graphed week over week. The user ends up with five different dashboards and no clear idea of what to do tomorrow morning.

Habit Tuner exists because the gap between knowing and doing is where most health goals collapse. The data tells you something is off. Then what? Yesterday's bad night of sleep doesn't fix itself by being graphed.

We built a system that reads the data and acts on it. AI generates today's plan from yesterday's signals. The morning briefing translates four metrics into one paragraph. When you log a skipped meal or a short night, the plan adjusts in real time — not tomorrow morning, now. The Harmony Score gives you one number that captures alignment across sleep, training, hydration, and nutrition. Four signals. One read. Daily action.

That's the difference between tracking and tuning. We don't think the world needs another tracker.

Location

Built in Los Angeles.

A small team working out of Los Angeles, CA. We ship slowly on purpose — every section of the app exists because someone on the team uses it, and every removal happens because someone on the team complained about it. Built with care, not at scale.
