Habit Tuner, Inc. ("Habit Tuner," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Habit Tuner mobile application and the website at habittuner.com (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.

Health & Fitness Data: With your permission, we access data from Apple HealthKit including sleep duration, active energy, workout history, and step count. This data is used solely to generate your personalized daily plans and is never sold to third parties or used for advertising.

User-Entered Data: Meals, hydration logs, supplement logs, workout notes, and preferences you manually enter into the app.

Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the Service, such as feature usage frequency and error reports.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate personalized daily health plans using AI
• Adapt workout and nutrition recommendations in real time
• Calculate your Harmony Score based on sleep, nutrition, hydration, and training data
• Process subscription payments
• Provide customer support
• Improve and develop new features

Your health data is sent to our secure servers for AI-powered plan generation. AI requests are processed through third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) via our server-side infrastructure. Your data is never sent directly from your device to AI providers. We do not use your personal health data to train AI models.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), and AI providers (plan generation), solely to operate the Service.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Data obtained through Apple HealthKit is used exclusively to provide health-related features within the app. HealthKit data is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes, is not sold to data brokers, and is not used for purposes unrelated to health improvement within the Service.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security). The app operates on an offline-first architecture, meaning your device is the primary source of truth. Cloud storage is used for backup, sync, and AI orchestration. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@habittuner.com. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@habittuner.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
