Health & Fitness Data: With your permission, we access data from Apple HealthKit including sleep duration, active energy, workout history, and step count. This data is used solely to generate your personalized daily plans and is never sold to third parties or used for advertising.
User-Entered Data: Meals, hydration logs, supplement logs, workout notes, and preferences you manually enter into the app.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

4. AI Processing
Your health data is sent to our secure servers for AI-powered plan generation. AI requests are processed through third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) via our server-side infrastructure. Your data is never sent directly from your device to AI providers. We do not use your personal health data to train AI models.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

6. Apple HealthKit Data

7. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security). The app operates on an offline-first architecture, meaning your device is the primary source of truth. Cloud storage is used for backup, sync, and AI orchestration. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@habittuner.com. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
